Done the WRIGHT Way.
Mr. Wright Flooring has provided high-quality installations across Northeast Florida and Southern Georgia since 2012. What started as a way to provide employment for family members has turned into a way to bond, mature and share a passion in the flooring community.
Marquis Wright still runs the company he founded, and it is still family-owned. What grew is the scope: removal, replacement and installation across hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, tile and carpet — plus installing material customers have already bought elsewhere. One crew handles the whole job, from pulling the old floor to the final walkthrough.
Every project is supervised by an experienced team leader whose extensive knowledge ensures your install stays inside the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. It is an unglamorous commitment and it is the one that matters most, because a bad install voids the warranty on flooring you already paid for. Remove. Replace. Install.
The same three stages on every job, whether it is one bedroom or a whole house.
Remove
The old floor comes up and leaves with us. No dumpster to arrange, no separate demo crew, no waiting between trades.
Prepare
We test the slab or subfloor for moisture and flatten what is underneath. Every flooring failure we get called to fix started here.
Install
Our craftsmen install to the manufacturer's specification, clean up as they go, and walk the finished floor with you before leaving.

Yes. Most of our work is residential, but we install in offices and commercial spaces across Northeast Florida as well. The install standard does not change — what changes is scheduling around your operating hours so the space stays usable.
