We run the showroom by appointment on purpose. It means someone who installs floors sits down with you for as long as it takes. You are not competing for attention with a sales floor on a Saturday.
Calling is faster — we can usually book you while you are on the phone.
When we are open
Showroom: by appointment only, including outside office hours if that is what works.
Office: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Sat 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Closed Sunday.

What a visit looks like
Come in, look, take samples home
Most people arrive with a photo on their phone and a rough idea. We put real product in front of you at full size, in the same light. You can compare things properly instead of squinting at swatches on a screen.
Then take samples home. This matters more than people expect: showroom lighting flatters everything, and a plank that reads warm here can read completely grey in a north-facing room. Look at it in the room it is going in, at the hour you are usually standing in that room.
Nobody is going to push you to decide on the day. The decision you make after the samples have sat on your floor for a few evenings is the one that sticks.

We are on Atlantic Boulevard in Jacksonville, Suite 106. Because visits are by appointment, call before you set off — we would rather you did not make the drive to a locked door.
