Mohawk's TecWood warranty covers the floor itself when it goes in according to Mohawk's written installation instructions. Mohawk is clear that those warranties don't extend to the installer's workmanship, which is what our own installation warranty covers. If we supply and install the TecWood, you get 2 years on material and 2 years on labor. If you supply engineered hardwood and we install it, you get 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date.
