Mohawk's TecWood warranty applies when the floor is installed according to Mohawk's written installation instructions, and we install to them. Mohawk's wood warranty brochure also says its warranties do not extend to installer workmanship, so we stand behind our own work separately. When we supply and install your hardwood, our installation warranty runs 2 years on material and 2 years on labor. When you supply the hardwood, it runs 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date.
