Mohawk's wood warranty covers the flooring when it is properly installed following Mohawk's written installation instructions. Installer workmanship falls outside those Mohawk warranties, as Mohawk's wood warranty brochure states, so our own warranty picks up that part.
The terms of our installation warranty depend on where the wood came from. Hardwood we sell and install gets 2 years on material and 2 years on labor. Hardwood you bought from another store gets 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date. Either way, an experienced team leader supervises the job and keeps the installation inside the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
