RevWood is made in the USA, and Mohawk calls it premium laminated wood floors. We sell it as an authorized Mohawk retailer. On RevWood Plus and RevWood Premier, Mohawk's WetProtect warranty extends to common household spills, pet accidents, and steam, wet or damp mopping. For RevWood Select, the coverage is Mohawk's Waterproof warranty, which says the floor will resist normal household spills and pet accidents and handle damp or wet mopping.
Pergo belongs to Mohawk too: it appears in Mohawk Industries' list of flooring brands, and Pergo's lineup covers laminate and luxury vinyl floors.
Sealed, installed and backed by our warranty
Proper installation, done to Mohawk's written instructions, is a condition of Mohawk's RevWood warranty, and the brochure states that Mohawk's warranties do not extend to installer workmanship. For complete wet-warranty coverage, Mohawk also wants the floor's perimeter sealed as its installation instructions describe. Our team leaders hold every install to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines, and that sealing step is part of it.
Our own installation warranty sits on top and covers the work. Laminate we supply and install is covered for 2 years on material and 2 years on labor. Laminate you bought somewhere else and had us install is covered for 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date.
