Sealed, installed and covered
Mohawk's RevWood warranty applies when the floor is installed to Mohawk's written instructions, and full wet coverage calls for sealing the floor's perimeter the way those instructions describe. We do it that way, with a team leader on every job keeping the work inside the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
Mohawk's warranty is for the flooring. Ours is for the installation: 2 years on material and 2 years on labor when we supply the laminate and put it in, and 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date when you bring your own.
