What we'll install, and how small a job can be
We install hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, tile and carpet that you supply. We'll take a job of any size, since we have no minimum job size. Payment does have a minimum of $800, which is separate from how big the job is.
We can also take up the old floor first, since removal and replacement are part of our installation work. We're bonded and insured, CFI Certified, and a current NWFA member.
How our warranty and the manufacturer's fit together
On a Mohawk floor, the product warranty comes from Mohawk. For its RevWood, TecWood, SolidTech and PureTech floors, that warranty depends on installation according to Mohawk's instructions, and the RevWood, TecWood and PureTech warranties say they don't extend to installer workmanship. Our installation warranty covers the work: 1 year on material and 1 year on labor from the installation date on flooring you supply. If you buy the flooring from us and we install it, the terms become 2 years on material and 2 years on labor.
Mohawk's instructions for TecWood and SolidTech ask that flooring be inspected before installation, with any defect raised with the store where it was bought. Our team leader supervises every job and keeps the install inside the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
